Description

Expanded Polyethylene Foam Sheets

A premium-grade, closed cell cross-linked polyethylene foam (XLPE) supplied in precision-cut sheet format with a self-adhesive backing on one side. Engineered for demanding industrial, commercial, and DIY applications — including protective packaging, thermal insulation, buoyancy aids, acoustic dampening, and construction expansion joints — this foam delivers an outstanding combination of resilience, low weight, and long-term dimensional stability. Available in standard A4 and A3 sheet sizes, with custom dimensions available on request.

Frequently Asked Questions
What sizes are available?

Standard sizes are A4 (297 × 210mm) and A3 (420 × 297mm), both at 10mm thickness. Custom sizes are available on request.

Is the foam waterproof?

Yes. The closed cell structure gives very low water absorption, making it suitable for damp, wet, and outdoor environments.

How does the self-adhesive backing work?

Simply peel away the white or yellow release liner to expose the adhesive layer, then press firmly onto a clean, dry surface.

What temperature range can this foam handle?

It performs reliably from -60°C up to +90°C, making it suitable for both cold-store and moderate-heat environments.

Can I cut or shape the foam to size?

Yes. It cuts cleanly with a sharp knife or scissors and can also be carved or sanded for custom profiles and DIY applications.

What is the density of this foam?

The density is 45 kg/m³ — a firm, resilient grade that balances structural strength with low overall weight.

* Custom sizes are available on request. All dimensions are nominal; standard manufacturing tolerances apply. Colour: blue with removable white or yellow release liner.
