Frequently Asked Questions
Sheets are supplied in A4 (210 x 297mm), A3 (297 x 420mm), and A2 (420 x 594mm). Larger sizes are available on request.
Each sheet has a factory-applied pressure-sensitive adhesive protected by a release liner. Peel the liner, position the sheet, and press firmly onto a clean, dry surface.
Yes. The material cuts cleanly with scissors or a craft knife, making it straightforward to produce gaskets, pads, or strips to your exact dimensions.
The hardness is 65 Shore A — a medium-firm rubber that resists compression while retaining enough flexibility to conform to uneven surfaces and absorb impact.
It performs reliably across −30°C to +70°C and is waterproof, making it suitable for many outdoor applications. However, it is not recommended for environments with prolonged ozone, petrol, or solvent exposure.
Thickness is 3mm with a tolerance of ± 0.3mm. Sheet dimensions carry a ± 2% tolerance, which is standard for this type of rubber material.
