* Not recommended for exposure to petrol, solvents, or extended UV / sunlight.
* Ensure the application surface is clean, dry, and free from oil or grease before bonding.
* Due to the nature of this material, a small tolerance in both size and thickness is normal and within the stated specification.
Standard cut sizes are A4 (210 x 297mm), A3 (297 x 420mm), A2 (420 x 594mm), 300 x 300mm, and 450 x 450mm. Larger sizes are available on request.
Yes. The sheet cuts cleanly with scissors or a craft knife, making it straightforward to trim to any shape or dimension on-site.
Hardness is 65 Shore A (−4/+5). Thickness tolerance is ±0.25mm on the 1.5mm nominal. Size tolerance for cut sheets is 2%.
It performs well across −30°C to +70°C but is not recommended for prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, UV, petrol, or solvents.
Yes. Use a general-purpose contact adhesive on a clean, dry, grease-free surface for a secure bond to most hard materials.
No. This NR/SBR grade is not recommended for food contact, electrical insulation, or flame-retardant applications. Please contact us if you require a specialist grade.
